What a great day to share World Gratitude Day 🙂
World Gratitude Day was said to have begun at a dinner party hosted by a United Nations Leader in 1965. A constellation of high-ranking government officials from dozens of countries were encouraged to celebrate gratitude and count their blessings.
At this gathering, attendees pledged to hold a Gratitude Gathering the following September 21st in their home countries.
It grew to become an annual tradition, one that’s observed all over the world.
It’s a time to celebrate your existence, passions, local hero’s, relatives, friends and all the little things that bring happiness into your everyday existence.
Today I’m going to give thanks to having such an AWESOME, Mum, Dad, family and friends and poochies 🙂
There are so many things to be grateful in life, I would love to hear your story.
As John F. Kennedy once said, “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.

Have you ever been at the gym and had some of these thoughts…
I’m just easing myself into this….
I’m all about cardio….
I’m all about interval training…
I’m all about carb free….
…this girl makes me laugh, what a cute little send up for all those dedicated gym junkies and their personal trainers.
“In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count.
It’s the life in your years”
Abraham Lincoln (February, 1809 –April, 1865)
Make the years count and give your life the 110% that you deserve.

Hi, my name’s Rachael Goldsworthy, and today I want to talk to you about open inspections for rental properties.
When you’re attending that as a potential tenant, what’s always best to do is make sure that you have all of your information ready to go. I’ve just come from one in McGraths Hill, we had about 25, to 30 people through the open home, so lots of interest, especially at the moment. It’s a fairly hot market with the rental markets, so it’s always advised that you get in and get your information in as soon as possible to give yourself the best chance.
The second thing I would recommend that you do with that is also have the documentation to back it up. If you don’t have the documentation ready to go, you like the home, the chances are somebody else will have that documentation ready to go, and it makes it very difficult for you to attain that property that you want to attain unless you have everything there, as I say.
Number one: turn up to the inspection, number two: make sure you’ve got your 100 point check ready to go, and number three: fill in your application as soon as you possibly can, so that you can get the best possible chance to attain that rental property that you’re after.
All right. I’m Rachael Goldsworthy, and I’ll catch up with you next time.
