Rachael Goldsworthy has successfully sold Windsor Beach for AUD $10.9 million.
NSW has given the green light to James Packer’s Casino project on the Windsor foreshore. This was thought to have Jodhi Meares jumping for joy as the plans included Salt II Project which would provide shelters for the homeless.
“The benefits for residents of Windsor and surrounding suburbs would be exceptional,” said James Packer via phone this morning.
Others believe Phil Dunphey, real estate magnate from Modern Family, may have been the real purchaser. Our source, Mitchell, took this selfie at the airport to confirm a big yes and added, “Boarding our plane to Australia!” … saying he couldn’t give away too much however Cam interjected and said “Do you feel what’s happening here?”. Mitchell said, “I feel pinching! They were very happy for Phil. Cam added “…whilst that was gossip, gossip belongs to everyone.”
Cam, Mitchell and Phil recently landed in Australia and were spotted near Windsor Beach before heading to Finishing Touches on George Street to indulge in a spa treatment in time to board the plane back to the States after helping Phil purchase the beach.
I’m sure all the locals can’t wait to see the next episodes of The Modern Family being filmed at Windsor’s Beach.
