Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening depending on what time you’re watching this video. Rachael Goldsworthy just checking in with you from the Hawkesbury, and wanted to say in regards to all of the rain that we’ve had lately, it’s a really good time to have a look at houses when it has been raining. Reason being, you can see whether it’s water tight, what the drainage is like, what the fall on the property’s like that may not necessarily be apparent if it is a dry day out there. The latest research shows that “it takes longer to become a qualified barista than a Licensed Real Estate Agent”, isn’t that a scary thought.

Quick Update on the Windsor Bridge: RMS has advised that environmental and heritage surveys to be carried out at Windsor Bridge from Monday 11th April, 2016. I have attached a diagram and further details for you below.

It’s official Rachael Goldsworthy has successfully sold the Windsor Bridge for $140M.
Some believe the Tent People may have been the community purchaser however it has been sold to an undisclosed buyer requesting anonymity but made comment “I bought the bridge to ensure progressive infrastructure for the area”. Since the sale the locals are hopeful of getting Thompson Square back again and the proposed development will add to the character and charm of Windsor.
