Rachael Goldsworthy just checking in with you from the Hawkesbury, and wanted to say in regards to all of the rain that we’ve had lately, it’s a really good time to have a look at houses when it has been raining. Reason being, you can see whether it’s water tight, what the drainage is like, what the fall on the property’s like that may not necessarily be apparent if it is a dry day out there.
