Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening, depending on when you’re watching this video. I’m Rachael Goldsworthy on the drive home to Hawkesbury and today I wanted to talk to you about routine inspections. Now, routine inspections are done on a quarterly basis for my company. And we like to do that to ensure that the property is maintained, not only for the tenant, but equally for the landlord, so it’s fair for all parties.
You are entitled to do four inspections per year. Some agents will do longer inspections, like every six months or once a year. But we just find that every quarter, it just keeps everybody on the same page and it gives you a good result in the end for all parties.
