Once you have logged in, you will be directed to the homepage. A navigation menu will be displayed on the left-hand side, providing access to the following features:
Logout – This is the function to securely exit the portal or system when you are finished.
Log Maintenance Request – This is where you can submit requests for repairs or maintenance needed for your property or common areas. It’s the tool to report issues like plumbing problems, electrical faults, or damage to shared facilities.
Documents – This section provides access to important documents related to the property or strata scheme. This might include meeting minutes, financial reports, rules and regulations, or insurance information.
Notifications – Here you’ll find alerts and updates from the strata management or property manager. These could be announcements about upcoming works, meeting schedules, or important notices.
My Profile – This area allows you to manage your personal information associated with the property, such as contact details, communication preferences, or bank account details for payments.
Levy Statements and Payments – This section enables you to view your levy statements and make payments. You can often see your payment history and outstanding balances here.
