    Please note

    • We may be collecting personal information about you by various methods throughout the tenancy to enable us to manage and maintain the premises as per the Residential Tenancies Act. We may disclose personal information about you to the Owner or the property and to contractors (approved and authorised by Rachael Goldsworthy Realty Pty Ltd) in the course of our day to day duties. You have the right to access personal information that we hold about you by contacting Rachael Goldsworthy Realty.

    • Please ensure the rental premises are cleaned and handed over in the same state as the ingoing condition report.

    • Please ensure all keys and remotes are returned to our office. Rent will continue to accrue until all are returned.

    • A Property Manager will contact you to confirm an outgoing inspection date and time.

    • Please continue to pay rent until your vacate date. Unless we receive written instructions from you to the contrary, all outstanding rent, water usage and invoices that are outstanding at your vacate date will be deducted from the bond.

    • During the last 14 days of the tenancy, prospective tenants may be shown through the premises. Access for these inspections can be arranged by contacting:
